Hand-carved in England from solid Portland stone, this shallow bowl has a low, open form with a fine rim and a gently tapering underside.

Two carved goat heads emerge from opposite sides of the rim, forming integrated handles and adding a sculptural element while remaining part of the overall form.

The pale stone is smoothly worked, showing the close grain and subtle natural variations.
